What are the most popular baby names ? What are your favorite baby names ? When you had your child did you want a popular name or a different name.

When I had my kids I wanted no necessarily a popular name but I wanted a normal not crazy name. My mom grew up with a different name, Bedette. She hated it cause people couldn’t pronounce it or spell it. When she had me that’s why she named me Nicole. It was a normal name that people could spell and you could find items with my name on it.

My favorite girls names are Isabella (which just happens to be my daughter’s name 😉), Sophia and Madison. When my daughter was born she did not have a name right away. We had 3 choices Isabella, Madison and Sophia. After looking at her she looked like an Isabella to us plus my mom hated the name Sophia for some reason.

My favorite boys names are Michael (which is my son’s name), Jacob, Landon and Lucas.

When reading this list I was surprised with some of the popular boys names; William, Henry and Theodore. They are such old fashioned names that are making a come back.
