Swedish Meatballs

I love Swedish meatballs. I have tried the frozen ones and they are just ok. But this recipe is to die for. The sauce is so savory and yummy.
Swedish Meatball Recipe
For the Sauce:
6 tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup of flour
14.5 oz beef broth
14.5 oz chicken broth
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1-2 teaspoons parsley (for the end)
3 Tablespoons of cornstarch/ 3 Tablespoons of water (to thicken)
salt to taste
Directions:
- melt butter and add flour to the butter and whisk well
- cook over med-low heat until mixture is slightly darker
- Whisk often
- Add beef broth, chicken broth, heavy cream, sour cream, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, sugar and all spices (except the parsley)
- salt to taste
- bring to boil over medium heat then reduce heat to low
- add meatballs (you can make your own or add frozen meatballs- I used the frozen meatballs)
- I used a 2lb bag
- stirring often until gravy is thickened and meatballs are heated through
- mix 3 tablespoons of cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of water and add slowly to the mixture (you can add more or less; depends on the consistency that you want)
- add parsley and stir
- serve over egg noodles
- optional: add grated parmesan cheese
