Synopsis
Maya Stern is grieving over the death of her husband,Joe. He was mugged by 2 masked gunman and shot to death in front of her. After the funeral Maya installs a nanny cam to keep an eye on her daughter Lily. She is shocked when she sees her dead husband Joe on the nanny cam playing with their daughter Lily.
Detective Kierce is the lead investigator in Joe’s murder but is dealing with issues of his own. While searching for answers into the death of her husband she clashes with her mother in law and brother and sister in law. Maya’s sister Claire was murdered months earlier. Are the murder’s connected?

The reviews are a bit rough. Google only gave it 3.3.The reviews on IMb were pretty bad. People were giving it a 1/10 or 2/10.
My review
I cannot agree with the reviews. I loved this mini series. It kept me going from start to finish. What I actually enjoyed was that it didn’t feel slow at any point. There were plot twists everywhere. I loved the connection that she had with her sister’s husband toward the end.
Maya would stop at nothing to find out who killed her husband and her sister. Her main issue was; was there a connection between the 2 deaths?
I would definitely recommend it! Don’t let the bad reviews scare you off.
