Chocolate Bundt Cake
Chocolate Bundt Cake
This chocolate bundt cake recipe is soft, fudgy and chocolatey. It also has a chocolate ganache topping that is amazing. It is loaded with cocoa, butter and sour cream. You get three different flavors all mixed together to make a perfect cake.
The topping is easy to make and is only 2 ingredients. You also don’t have to let the cake cool for hours before adding the topping.

Notes
- use unsalted butter
- there is a lot of sugar and if you omit some; the cocoa powder will be stronger, and the cake won’t be as delicious
- must use boiling water to help blend all the chocolate flavors
- you can freeze bundt cakes for up to 3 months
- you can use different toppings also such as chocolate buttercream frosting or cream cheese frosting
- sprinkle with chopped nuts such as walnuts or pecans
- use room temperature ingredients if possible; it helps blend the ingredients
- be careful not to over bake or it will dry out
- cake tastes better at room temperature
