Cook time: 35 mins
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 1 package of egg noodles
- 3 cups of cooked chicken ( I used a rotisserie chicken- shredded)

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup bread crumbs (regular or panko)
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and coat a 13×9 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
- cook noodles according to package, drain and set aside
- In a bowl, combine chicken, soup, cheese, sour cream, veggies, salt, pepper and paprika
- Gently fold in the noodles and transfer to the casserole dish
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until bubble and heated through
Substitutions
- Instead of cream of chicken soup you can use cream of mushroom soup or 1 can of each
- I used rotisserie chicken cause it was easier but you can use crockpot chicken and then just shred it
- Instead of bread crumbs you can use crushed ritz crackers
