Your morning routine sets the tone for the entire day. Here are some ideas to help create a morning routine that will set you up for a successful day.

Getting up at least an hour earlier may give you the time to focus on yourself and set you up to have a positive attitude for the day. Rushing your morning routine can make you more agitated and irritated throughout the day.
